Too all my girls who have ever thought they're not enough.. Trust me when I say I've been there. Right there.

I started my journey 3 years ago. I had chronic bulimia for 8 years and struggled everyday with who I was, my diet, my continuous cardio without seeing any real results. I put my trust in a coach and I learnt to give over the reigns...

3 years on and I'm a bikini champion, I've placed high is some incredible lines of females and I've worked relentlessly even when people laughed. I've been "chunky" I've had "fat thighs" I've been unhappy with myself and my relationship with food. I've done It, I've been there.

People look at me as someone who may inspire them, someone who they may think had good genetics.. but really I'm just a girl from Gorleston who had big dreams. I've even been to spire health care and asked for liposuction... I've been over weight, I've been under weight and I've been everything in between.

I'm now at a point where I've learnt how to do it properly however this has taken me years. Don't give up, don't ever give up on you. Because if you do you'll never know how truly relentless you are.
