So, I'm jordyn. I aim to make women feel super confident in their own skin. I aim to teach females about fuelling their bodies, get them fit and healthy and show them that FAD dieting is a thing of the past. I focus on macronutrients and how to eat to fuel your goals & lifestyle!
I'm a Personal trainer and Online coach and I aim to help people feel confident in their bodies without going to extreme lengths to do it! Keto is a thing of the past. Syns are so 2017.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in the realist approach, anyone can do anything they want to do if they truly want it enough. Name me a diet I haven't done! I've trialled & tested nearly every fad diet on the market.
I've been a sucker for a meal replacement shake and spent years counting syns until I was blue in the face. My approach is different, it's real and science-based. It works using your own body, height, weight, lifestyle, job etc to create your own individual macronutrient goal. Alongside a deficit to create room for weight loss without being ridiculous. No need to cut out foods you love.

When did you start with team training with J?
August 2020. The first lockdown was just coming to a close. My whole body ached from being atrophied by inactivity.
How did you feel before starting with team training with J?
Physically, I felt sluggish and lethargic all the time. My slipped disc was just about manageable, but regularly flared up with my tendency to flit between sitting on the couch for days on end, and sudden days of mad DIY or explosive workouts. My back pain left me feeling depressed and defeated, like I was doomed to be a sluggish blob forever. I hid under layers of clothes and tried to hide myself at all times.
Mentally I was a mess. Up and down all the time. Constant guilt no matter what food I chose, I could never enjoy anything I ate. Constant guilt over my artwork too. If I was drawing for fun, I wasn’t drawing the right things. If I was working to improve my artwork, I wasn’t doing enough of it. If I chose to do something other than drawing, like working out, I was slacking off and should stop wasting time. Just a constant cycle of guilt and anxiety.
What has changed about you physically since joining joining team?
I’ve lost so much fat that I can see definition on my stomach, which I never thought possible for me. I’m way stronger than I was. I can lift things with one arm now which I previously had to get my boyfriend to lift for me. My back is so much stronger! I’ve got lots of mental and physical energy all day!
What has changed about you mentally now you're on the team?
I feel like I’m the best version of myself. I can confidently buy and wear clothes I think are cute without a thought for hiding any part of myself! Sticking to a strict meal plan has completely removed all stress about food and guilt in that area. I fully enjoy all my meals, treats and cheats. This has freed up a lot of mental energy for the rest of my interests. And after a workout I feel super motivated. My artwork has exploded in quantity and quality. I’m still working on guilt issues with that but now guilt isn’t my whole life!
How do you feel about yourself now in comparison to how you felt about yourself before?
I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I never thought I’d be able to mix being an artist with being into fitness. It turns out it’s not a sacrifice of time and energy, it’s given me so much more time and energy now than I did before! I’m so happy. I can see now that I kept giving up because I wasn’t seeing quick results and I had totally the wrong attitude. It needed to be a slow process to adjust my mindset to be one of these ‘fitness people’. I was chasing being ‘skinny’, thinking that would solve all my problems. But being strong and healthy and eating the right foods has improved my mental health more than I could have imagined, and looking great is just a bonus!
Would you recommend team training with J?
Absolutely 100% yes! I wish I’d found her years ago. I can’t even imagine where I’d be with my artwork and other hobbies if I’d had all this energy and motivation my whole adult life. I’m so glad I found her, I honestly feel like I’ve started a whole new exciting chapter ❤️
